this hotel was perfect place for exploring orange, truly enjoyed it. the whole staff was affable. had essentials needed in the a single room, including a microwave and a refrigerator. the cost was us$ 57. its location in orange was good, just next door to all restaurants.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. The room was dirty, with stained and torn bedding and mold on the walls.
